This website is operated by Pure Luxe Cleaning ("we", "us", "our"), a premium interior cleaning service based in Newport (Malpas), South Wales, serving Newport, Cwmbran, Cardiff, Bristol and the surrounding areas. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you request a quote or get in touch, that may include:

- Your phone number and/or email address
- Any details you share about your property and the cleaning you need
We do not knowingly collect any special-category data, and we don't ask for payment details through this website.
How we use it
We use your details solely to:
- Reply to your enquiry and prepare a no-obligation quote
- Arrange and carry out the cleaning you've asked for
- Keep in touch with you about your booking
Our lawful basis for this is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We keep your data to ourselves. We only use trusted service providers to run this website and receive your enquiries:
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes the contact form so your enquiry reaches our inbox.
We may also disclose information if we're legally required to. Otherwise, your details stay with Pure Luxe Cleaning.
Cookies & analytics
This website uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in future to understand how visitors use the site, we'll ask for your consent first and update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer details only for as long as we need them to provide our service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they're securely deleted.
Your rights
